The ROI Foundations Certificate is a 2 day course that provides an excellent grounding in all aspects of the Phillips methodology and will enable participants to understand the 5 levels of evaluation and how they work and be able to implement appropriate data collection techniques for each level as well as implementing the main features of the ROI methodology. After the course participants will be able to implement a basic ROI study within their own organisation.

A comprehensive manual will be provided containing case studies, exercises and models, and copies of text books by Drs Jack and Patti Phillip’s to supplement your learning and support learning transfer.

The experience of Irish-UK companies already engaged in implementing the ROI model will be shared with participants.

Tuition (incl books, materials, resources) €895.                      (€595 for members of the Impact Measurement Skillnet)
The fee includes cost of lunch each day but does not include cost of hotel accommodation.

Cancellations received -

14 or more days prior to an event - Full refund

8 to 13 days (incl) prior to an event  - 75% refund

7 to 3 days of an event - 50% refund

Within 3 days of an event or 'no shows'  - No refund

This workshop is for those who manage a training function or anyone responsible for determining the impact of learning and change interventions. The workshop teaches the skills of research and measurement that are necessary to effectively conduct impact analysis studies. Ideally, participants should plan to engage in an actual ROI process though this is not essential to achieve certification.
