Drs Jack and Patti Phillips will deliver their full certification programme for ROI practitioners - the ROI Diploma in November 2009. This Diploma is open only to those who have completed the ROI Foundations Certificate offered by the Impact Measurement Centre.

A comprehensive manual will be provided containing case studies, exercises and models, a copy of Jack Phillip’s Return on Investment in Training and Performance Measurement Programs, and Volume Two of Measuring Return on Investment  to supplement your learning and support learning transfer. 

Current case studies of organisations already engaged in implementing the ROI model will be shared with participants and there will be ample opportunity for interaction with Drs Jack and Patti Phillips.
